Snorkeling
The pictures below don't even begin to show how beautiful it
was. The water was very warm and very clear but the throw away camera from
Wal-Mart was just not good enough to get good pix. And . Oh yeah, After I got
bitten by a fish (on our 3rd snorkeling trip) I didn't take many pictures for a
while.
There were many turtles swimming around with us. Often there
was nobody else around, just us, the fish and these large turtles. They were
about 2 -3 feet long and about the same across.
The fish were very brightly colored and extremely eager to
meet you (especially if you had food). We learned that you aren't supposed to
feed them.
As you can see, my bite was not quite 'shark' size, but it did
hurt and made me a bit more cognizant of my environment.
