Wonderful vegetation and lots of fish near Duck Island

Seals were checking us out around Duck Island.
Lots of artifacts were near Star Island. I found a few dishes and this bottle.
The dive operator had not seen anything like this before.
If anyone can identify this bottle, please let me know.
